"Humans ability to grow is infinite...when they feel safe."

Carl Rogers

Each of us can experience hard times, feelings of loss, sadness and uncertainty however, only a few know how to turn such feelings into a starting point for the journey to inner peace.

As a qualified counsellor my aim is to provide a safe space to help you find your hidden potential and give you necessary tools to develop and grow.

About Me

As a fully qualified counsellor for adults, children and young persons (CYP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work with both adults, and CYP. Alongside my counselling diplomas, I have completed additional specialist training in domestic abuse, workplace issues,  bereavement and loss for both adults and young people. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients and believe that counselling should be as individual as the person seeking support.

I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. By working together in a safe space built on mutual respect and trust, counselling can help you gain greater understanding, develop coping strategies, and feel more empowered to manage the challenges you may be facing.

When working with CYP, I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. I support young people with issues such as anxiety, low mood, transitional events, bereavement and loss, family changes, and school-related pressures, helping them to build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence.

Alongside my private practice, I have also worked within an agency setting for both adults and CYP. I was also a bereavement volunteer counsellor for 12 years and previously spent seven years offering helpline support to individuals experiencing domestic abuse.

My Practice is in Caterham, Surrey I offer sessions in person and remote via telephone or Zoom
