"Humans ability to grow is infinite...when they feel safe."

Carl Rogers

Each of us can experience hard times, feelings of loss, sadness and uncertainty however, only a few know how to turn such feelings into a starting point for the journey to inner peace.

As a qualified counsellor my aim is to provide a safe space to help you find your hidden potential and give you necessary tools to develop and grow.

About Me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) .  I have experience working with a diverse range of clients and in addition to my counselling diploma I have completed additional training in domestic abuse, work place issues, bereavement and loss (Adults and Young Persons).

We are all unique with different requirements and therefore I work in an integrative way which means I use a variety of counselling techniques to meet individual needs.   As we work together with mutual respect and trust, counselling can enable you to gain greater control over the challenges in your life. This can empower you so that you can find a way forward that feels right for you.

In addition to providing counselling to clients within an agency setting, I have been a bereavement volunteer counsellor with Cruse since 2014 and previously spent 7 years  with 'Your Sanctuary' providing helpline support to clients experiencing domestic abuse.

My Practice is in Caterham, Surrey I offer sessions in person and remote via telephone or Zoom
